Lindale Police Weekly Brief week ending July 31, 2026

CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING – Individual was CT’d from the property after officers responded to an earlier disturbance involving this individual and another party. The manager requested the individual be CT’d from property due to having been staying in a tent on the side of the building. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – RP who works at the soup kitchen at the church called to request a CT warning be issued to an individual since RP believed the individual was scamming patrons out of money for ride share services and long hotel stays. 

THEFT – Individual concealed $115 worth of clothing items and exited the store passing all points of sale. Walmart AP desired to prosecute for the Theft. Individual was taken into custody for MB Theft.
