Weekly Brief–Week ending 06/19/26

THEFT–Individual arrested for Theft w/ previous convictions for passing all point of sale, the store wished to prosecute and CT.

THEFT–Individuals were arrested for Organized retail Theft for short scanning and passing all point of sale. One was also in possession of narcotics and charged as such. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING–Individual was CT’d from property for causing a disturbance.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING–Individual was CT’d from the property for loitering for multiple days and bothering customers. Subject subsequently returned on Saturday and was arrested for violation of Criminal Trespass. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASS–Individual violated the CT Warning from previous day and was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

THEFT/SHOPLIFTING–Officers responded to a shoplift report. The store manager stated the suspect entered the store and loaded a shopping cart with laundry detergent and left the store without paying.

VEHICLE BURGLARY/THEFT OF FIREARM–Officers contacted the victim who reported they had left their purse in a vehicle while parked in the parking lot. When they went to get a phone charger from the vehicle, they found the purse was missing which contained bank cards and a handgun.
