Lindale Police Report Week ending 11/07/2025

ASSIST SCSO—SCSO requested assistance, advised that an individual kicked in the door to make entry into home. Actor no longer in the house.

CIVIL MATTER—RP called advising that there is an individual in the home stealing everything. Officers contacted both parties and were advised by RP that they hired them to move into the home and clean the place up. Officers cleared the call as a civil matter.

THEFT—AP advised that there was an individual in the AP office after catching shoplift $25 worth of items - issued a Citation for Class C Theft and issued a CTW.

THEFT—AP advised there was an individual in the AP office after shoplifting $33.48 worth of Merch - issued a citation for Class C theft and a CTW.

WARRANT SERVICE—Theft suspect from Tyler PD and Smith County. Officers located the individual - taken into custody without incident.

ASSIST EMS—EMS requested officers for an assist with a juvenile having a seizure and people in the background of the call arguing. Everything was 10-4. Child came out of seizure while EMS was on scene.

911 HANGUP—911 hang up call came - Officers responded but all was quiet. Dispatch could not call the number back as it was not an active number.

DISTURBANCE/CIVIL MATTER—RP called to report boyfriend’s ex banging on the windows and doors after they arrived to pick up property that is still at the location.

ASSIST SCSO—SCSO requested LPD to respond to a physical fight. SCSO arrived and arrested the individual for class C assault.
