Lindale Police Brief – Week ending 9/19/2025

WARRANT SERVICE-Officers initiated a traffic stop on individual who was wanted for a failure to appear DWI.

HIT AND RUN-RP advised that a vehicle struck RPs vehicle and left the scene.

WELFARE CHECK-Officers found the occupant was stuck in a room and could not get out.

WELFARE CHECK-RP advised that individual is on the phone with them threatening to commit suicide.

INQUEST/SUICIDE-Officers received a report of an individual lying in the front yard with what appears to be a GSW.  

DWI-Officers stopped a driver for a speeding offense and a DWI investigation. The subject could not perform SFSTs. 

DWI-A reckless driving call resulted in a vehicle being stopped. SFSTs were conducted based on behaviors. 

SUSP CIRCS-RP called reporting a neighbor’s house has an open door and no one was home.

INQUEST-An individual was found unresponsive and was declared deceased.

MENTAL CHECK-Officers received a report about a subject causing issues, knocking on doors and making tenants uncomfortable.

BURG OF MV-Subj stated that they left a phone in the car, and when they returned, it was gone.
