Lindale Police Report Week ending 8/22/2025

THEFT/CTW-AP called regarding an individual in the office who was caught shoplifting $252 worth of merch. CTW issued.  

DISTURBANCE-RP stated that an adult child is at home intoxicated and threatening to throw things around the house. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASS-AP wanted a suspicious individual warned away from the store. Officer contacted and issued a CTW. 

SUSP CIRCS-Homeowner stated they were doing yard work and found drugs in the yard near the road.  

PARKING ISSUE-Someone was parking in handicap parking. Advised complainant that it was private property but would do a courtesy by speaking with vehicle owner to move vehicle. 

ASSAULT-Resident started fighting with family after getting intoxicated, fought with officers on scene and was taken to jail.
