Lindale—The Lindale Independent School District announced that every campus within the district has earned an “A” rating from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) for the 2024–2025 school year, with the district as a whole also achieving an overall “A” rating.

This outstanding accomplishment reflects the dedication of Lindale ISD students, the tireless commitment of its teachers and staff, and the unwavering support from parents and the Lindale community.

“This is a testament to the incredible teamwork that happens every single day in Lindale ISD,” Stan Surratt, superintendent of schools, said. “Our students work hard, our teachers go above and beyond to provide engaging and rigorous instruction, and our families consistently partner with us to ensure success. We are grateful for a community that values and supports public education.”

The Texas Education Agency assigns accountability ratings based on a variety of performance indicators, including student achievement, school progress, and closing the gaps for all student groups. Achieving an “A” rating at every campus is a rare distinction and underscores Lindale ISD’s long-standing tradition of academic excellence.

“Our mission has always been to prepare each student for a successful future,” Surratt said. “These ratings show that our commitment to excellence is making a measurable difference.”

Lindale ISD will continue to focus on innovative teaching strategies, strong student support systems, and a safe, nurturing environment to ensure continued success in the years ahead.
