Weekly Brief – Week ending 5/16/2025

SUSP PERSON-RP is a customer who advised officers that an individual was walking around the parking lot with bags looking into cars.

SUSP CIRCUMSTANCE-RP is the manager who advised officers that a customer approached her stating an individual was acting weird and threatening to rob the business.

DISTURBANCE-RP is an employee who advised officers that a customer was upset and causing issues because they do not have a power block for him to borrow and charge his cell phone.

INQUEST-Officers were contacted by neighbors and family members about not being able to contact the homeowner. Officers made entry into the home and found the homeowner deceased.

WELFARE CHECK-Family called emergency services about an elderly family member who was not answering the phone. PD arrived and found that the individual had fallen. EMS transported the individual to ER.

THEFT-RP called about an individual who did not pay for about $96 worth of merch and was currently using a cup that was not paid for to drink wine inside the store. The suspect was arrested for PI and theft, which was enhanced due to previous convictions.

ACCIDENT-RP called saying someone drove off after hitting their vehicle. Cameras were viewed and officers determined the other vehicle’s information. 

SUSP PERSON-RP stated they observed a person they believed to be intoxicated getting into a vehicle. Subj was located and a stop was made.
