Lindale Police Report ending 2/14/2025

THEFT-AP calling to advise that he has 2 people in the AP office who were caught shoplifting Pokémon cards. Officers contacted both individuals. Citations and CTW’s were issued to both parties.

PCS/WARRANT SERVICE-positively ID’d individual and warrants were confirmed. While talking with the individual, she stuffed a pipe in her waistband. Officers located the pipe, which had residual meth inside. A search of the vehicle revealed a baggie of Meth. She was arrested for PCS and a felony Theft Warrant.

THEFT-AP advised that he had an individual in the AP office who was caught skip scanning. Officers arrived to make contact-issued a CTW.

POSS DRUG PARA-Traffic stop on vehicle – Officers contacted the driver who was in possession of a small amount of Marijuana. He was issued several citations.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS-AP advised that there is an individual in the store who is known for thefts and price switching. RP wants her warned away. Officer made contact with the individual who was issued a CTW and left the store with no incidents.

CT-Person came into the store with receipt from another store wanting to do a return. When the store employees refused to make the return the subject became upset with manager. Subj was asked to leave but continued to yell at workers. Officers contacted the individual and issued CT.

Asst EMS–Subj stated he wanted to hurt himself and wanted to go to the hospital for help.

Civil-Adult child called stating that her mother is throwing all her plush toys away and acting crazy. The mom believes the toys have spirits in them that are attacking the family. The individual did not like officers at the house and yelled at officer for stealing the electricity out of her garage.
