DWI BAC>.15-Received a call about a Truck sitting at the light through 3 different cycles, not moving. RP advised a driver appeared slumped over the wheel. Officers contacted the driver and arrested
DISTURBANCE-Road Rage incident turned into a disturbance that the officer witnessed. While sitting at the stop sign, a vehicle laid on its horn for the truck in front of him to go. The driver and passenger got out of the truck and approached the driver of the car. An officer was sitting nearby at stop sign and got out. Officer identified the driver and passenger of the trucks – disturbance settled.
Hit & Run – WB I-20-RP stated he was sideswiped by a vehicle driving recklessly on the interstate, weaving in and out of traffic and passing traffic on the shoulder. No plate was seen. Collision report taken.
Hit & Run-Two vehicle MVA. The vehicle immediately fled the scene. A witness informed officers that the suspect vehicle pulled into a parking lot-located the damaged vehicle and identified the driver and found to have three outstanding warrants for arrest.
DWI–Officers responded for a report of a driver passed out in a vehicle in the drive-thru lane. Upon contact, the driver was found still unconscious in his vehicle stopped in the drive-thru and exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication. A DWI investigation was conducted and arrested for the violation.
Theft/PCS –Walmart-AP called and reported an individual being detained for shoplifting. The suspect was observed concealing items. During a search incident to arrest, a glass pipe containing methamphetamine was found. The subject was arrested and booked for the theft and possession of a controlled substance.
Criminal Trespass Warning –Walmart–Individual was caught by loss prevention stealing Pokémon cards-Criminal Trespass warning was requested and issued.
Public Service–Resident called to meet with an officer and complain about ongoing issues with neighbors.
Possession of Marijuana-During a traffic stop, Officers detected an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted. About 7 lbs. of marijuana products were located. The individual was arrested and vehicle was seized.
